Long-Term Care

The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) administers the Long-Term Care (LTC) Program. The LTC Program is an optional, employee-paid benefit that helps participants pay for the cost of care when they need assistance with the activities of daily living.  

CalPERS LTC policyholders aged 75 and older who are not yet receiving long-term care services are eligible for AgeAssured, an innovative program that provides personalized support to help older adults age gracefully in their homes. For more information visit www.assured.care.
